Saturday 27 April was a happy day for our community, when our brother and Bishop Hugh ordained to the Sacred Priesthood our brother Simon Piatkowski.

A good number of Fr. Simon's family and friends, from both Poland the the U.K., came for the occasion. Apart from the Bishop and Community, 9 guest Priests were present to concelebrate the Mass of Ordination. They included monks representing houses of our Province: Prinknash, Farnborough, Chilworth and Kristo Buase.

After the Mass a festive and fraternal lunch was provided.

The following day, Sunday 28 May, Fr. Simon offered his first Holy Mass. A picture of that is included here.
